I’m so happy with my pool! From the installation guy’s , crane guy’s , electrical guy's, concrete guy’s, job manager. We are so happy with everyone that we had any dealings with.And lastly the salesman & staff at the store. As we were talking with our salesman our neighbors decided to get a pool also. I would recommend Gary’s Pools & Patio for their pools.

Even if you don’t read this entire review, you must read the last sentence.Not even knowing what we actually wanted going into this made our pool decision frustrating at times. Gary’s Pool and Patio was the 3rd vendor that gave us our presentation, and let me tell you, Felix Galvan Jr. is the epitome of pool whisperers. No other company was able to provide us with the vision we didn’t know we wanted except him. Articulate, and prompt throughout the process. We still contact him today with questions. We are very pleased with our combined choice and the fruition of our vision for our backyard. I’m attaching photos to share with you the stages of our journey. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge some other key personnel who are literally knee deep in this endeavor. The Foreman (Mike Williams) is a gentle ole soul, unlike anyone else you’d ever meet who has been doing this for 40+ years, is easy going and can picture every inch of the process and able to talk to you in ways that help you understand what each stage is like and what to expect. He consistently communicates with you on what will be happening during the install, calls you daily with the plan of action and times. Pablo and his crew (Ritchie and Salamon) were a pleasure to work with. Pablo befriended our little puppy who just had to go say hello to him every day. These men work exceptionally hard and are super nice and efficient, even on the hottest of days. To be honest, we kinda miss seeing Pablo, so does Biscuit our Shih Tzu. Mike and Pablo really have been instrumental in getting the bulk of the process complete, both men are exceptional people. Gary’s Pool and Patio really is a one stop shop, we used Zoran, Gary’s electrician to provide life to our pool and tie into some existing structures that encompasses our backyard oasis. We chose to go with Felix Galvan Sr. For our concrete work, it only makes sense that we entrust these professionals with our investment, knowing they’ve been in the industry for decades. Felix Sr. has a keen eye for straight lines and can visualize the final product. He’s been very responsive to calls and texts, explaining the what ifs and whys. The level of detail in his stage of the process is fundamental in esthetically pleasing. His son Jake, is always polite hard working. Overall, we are happy with our decision to go with Gary’s Pool and Patio, 10 out of 10, we highly recommend. Even if you don’t know exactly what you want, talk to Felix Jr., he can help you see what you are already missing. Enjoy the pics.

Gary's Pool and Patio are fantastic at what they do! They have the best team, a smooth process and keep you informed all the way to the end. From Freddie answering my thousand questions, Mike keeping me up to date on what's happening during the build, to working with Felix the concrete manager. It was a pleasurable experience all around. We really love our new little slice of heaven in our backyard! Just in time for summer ☀️

We just got our Laguna installed and we love it. From start to finish Felix was very attentive and knowledgeable about the pool. He never pressured us and answered all our questions. The rest of the team was great as well. We are extremely happy with our pool, the customer service, and knowledge they have. The pool was completed fast as well. We are looking forward to making great memories for years to come. We will always recommend Felix to all our family and friends.

After researching different pool companies we are happy to say that we picked Gary’s Pool and Patio. Our sales rep Felix Jr., project manager Paul/Javier and the whole entire crew were very honest, knowledgable, kept us updated throughout the process and executed with professionalism. They worked diligently and after every work day, they always cleaned up and left our backyard spotless. Felix Jr. took time to show us how to maintain/clean the pool and made us feel prepared and excited on our first pool journey.
